FindUp provides a directory of local service providers and a way for authorized contributors to propose and maintain provider information. These terms apply to using the website and submitting material.
Using directory information.
Listings present provider facts and their available sources. Review and publication concern the information submitted; they do not establish that a provider is suitable for your particular needs. Check current services, availability and contact details with the provider. Entering a listing does not book a service or create a service agreement with FindUp. Any arrangement with a listed provider is made with that provider.
Accounts and submissions.
Use an account you control and keep its sign-in details secure. Submit accurate information and only material you own or have permission to provide. Do not impersonate a provider, submit unsupported qualification claims or include another person's private information. Tell us when published information you manage becomes incorrect or its permission changes.
Permission and review.
By submitting material, you permit FindUp to store and prepare it for the directory. Provider information remains subject to its publication process. Cover and gallery images may appear on an already published provider page immediately after a successful upload, without a separate image-permission review; private credential proof is never displayed as a gallery image. You remain responsible for having the rights to submit your material. FindUp may request corrections or withdraw published material if its accuracy or permission is disputed. You retain ownership of your submitted material.
Use of the service.
Do not access another person's drafts or private files, bypass access controls, submit abusive or unlawful material, or disrupt the site. FindUp may restrict access needed to investigate or stop those activities. Contact [email protected] about corrections, permissions or account access. Changes to these terms will be shown in the published version and its update date.
