Operator: FindUp. Effective date: October 4, 2026.

FindUp helps people discover local service providers. This notice explains how FindUp handles information when you browse, sign in or contribute a provider record.

Sign-in.

Clerk provides our account and sign-in service. If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares the account identifier, email and basic profile information you authorize through Clerk. We use that information for sign-in and account identification. Clerk processes account and session information; FindUp uses the account identifier to associate your submissions and access permissions. Signing in does not automatically publish your Google profile or login email as a business contact. Sign-in uses cookies and related session information to keep your session working.

Information you submit.

A provider submission may include names, descriptions, public contact details, service areas, courses, education or experience, images and supporting material. We store submitted records and their changes, review decisions, reviewer identifiers and timestamps to manage the review process and trace changes. Provide only information and images you are authorized to share. Do not upload identity documents, private residential addresses unrelated to the provider's authorized public listing, patient or student records, or other people's private information.

Public and private content.

Draft provider information and older pending images are not public listings. Authorized administrators can review submitted information and supporting material. Provider facts become visible after the provider publication process. A new cover or gallery image can appear immediately after a successful upload when its provider is already published; FindUp does not separately review image permission before display. Credential-proof images remain private and are not public gallery images. Public pages may be read and indexed by search engines.

Service providers and records.

Clerk processes authentication information; our hosting and storage services process the site records and files needed to operate FindUp. We use operational and review records to diagnose failures, protect access and handle corrections. A public-listing change, account change and deletion of private review records are separate actions; removing a public item does not by itself erase its review history or backup copies. FindUp has not set a fixed automatic cleanup period for these records.

Requests and contact.

Contact [email protected] to ask about your information, request correction, request withdrawal of public content or request deletion. Identify the relevant account or listing without sending a password or unnecessary private documents. We may need to confirm your relationship to the account or record before acting. We review deletion requests manually and explain what can be removed, what remains and why. Changes to this notice will be reflected in the published version and its update date.
